Chico ISD will once again have the pleasure of honoring Veterans from all branches of the armed forces on Thursday, November 10th, 2022 at Julio's Mexican Restaurant from 11:15am to 1:30pm. Chico ISD will purchase the meal of any Veteran that attends the luncheon - Other guests will need to purchase their meals. Veterans do not have to reside in the Chico community to participate. The annual Chico Fest sponsored by the Chico Chamber of Commerce is Saturday October 15th, which raises scholarship funds for Chico ISD students.
Festivities will include :
Hamburger Lunch, Raffles, Bingo, Lil’ Mister & Miss Chico Fest, Stickhorse rodeo, Kids Corner and more…
Vendor booths: all booths are 10×10 and assigned on a first come basis.

Chico ISD has made an update to the tardy policy that will begin Tuesday, August 30th. This policy is coming home with students today (Monday August 29th) and we are asking that parents and students sign and return it. Click here to view the update policy.
FOOTBALL UPDATE - Friday's game against Dallas Gateway Charter has been moved from 7:30pm to 7:00pm.
The 2022-2023 Chico ISD Yearbook will be delivered in August 2023 to allow our yearbook staff to include as many memories as possible for you to look back on. Because of this change, we are offering a direct ship option on all online orders. This means you can choose to have your yearbook delivered directly to your doorstep for a small delivery fee. All other orders will be sent home with students or can be picked up in August. With this change, we are better able to cover all of the accomplishments and milestones for all of our students. We will now be able to include High School Graduation, 8th Grade Completion, Kindergarten Graduation, Prom, Spring Sports, and anything else that occurs after spring break. We believe this is a positive change and will allow our yearbook staff to cover all those special memories from the first day of Pre-K to the last day of senior year.

Senior pictures will be Friday August 26th (the first Friday we are out of school) from 9:00am to 3:20pm in the High School Cafeteria. Use the link below to sign up for a time slot. You may also choose to purchase one of the upgraded time slots with more poses and outfits but that is not required.
